i have been a loyal customer of n power for many years since moving house less than a year ago i have been constantly messed about.meter readings never happen at the same time and gas and electric are often done months away from each other |

I moved to Npower from British Gas a year ago. They have literally halved my bills. The customer service is fantastic. Really cannot fault them over the last year. Very impressed. British Gas tried to tice me back - I just laughed. Wish they would offer home care insurance. |

My last two bills were very different, £118 for may, june & july, then £31 for aug, sept & oct. I spoke to a customer service advisor, and she explained very clearly how the bills were arrived at, she was polite & informative. |
