i have been a loyal customer of n power for many years since moving house less than a year ago i have been constantly messed about.meter readings never happen at the same time and gas and electric are often done months away from each other

I moved to Npower from British Gas a year ago. They have literally halved my bills. The customer service is fantastic. Really cannot fault them over the last year. Very impressed. British Gas tried to tice me back - I just laughed. Wish they would offer home care insurance.

My last two bills were very different, £118 for may, june & july, then £31 for aug, sept & oct. I spoke to a customer service advisor, and she explained very clearly how the bills were arrived at, she was polite & informative.
 

Our Conclusion:

We believe that npower is a very good option for all of your energy needs. Not only is npower committed to providing clean energy but the company is also keeping away from the price increases that are currently widespread in the industry.
