i have been a British Gas customer for a number of years with both energy supplies and always had excellent service, because of this i took out there Homecare 400 this has been the best thing i have ever done as both my boiler broke down and my guttering collapsed they repaired them both with in hours i would recommend it to anyone who owns a house |

Just had a really pleasant young man come to look at my heating as it was making a terrible noise. He was very nice, explained everything to me in simple inderstandable terms and made some recommendations. I think the biggest advantage is the peace of mind knowing that there is always a qualified and reliable engineer available on call in case of emergency. I took up the Homecare 100 plan which includes unlimited callouts and so far has proven to be as good as the adverts claim to be! |
